Rutladers Campout
Thursday: 9-13-2012 Early arrivals
Lunch and Dinner on your own. Social time at (Happy Hour) 4 PM at Rutladers meeting room. BYOB and snacks to share if you wish.
Friday: 9-14-2012 Breakfast on your own.
Lunch 11:30 TBD in Louisburg or Paola
Supper 6:00 PM Host will furnish meat. (BBQ) Everyone bring covered dish or desert. Please bring your own drinks and tableware.
Saturday: 9-15-2012 8:30 AM Breakfast provided by host. Please bring your own tableware
Lunch On your own
Supper Hamburgers, sausages, and Hot Dogs available for purchase in RV Park lobby prior to entertainment in the Middle creek theater adjacent to the lobby.
Starting at 5 PM. Social (Happy Hour) 4 PM
Theater Show starts at 7:30 PM Price: $20.00 a ticket because Jimmy Fortune from the Statler Brothers is going to be there performing. Normally $12.50, $12 for Seniors.
Sunday: 9-16-2012 8:30 AM Continental Breakfast furnished by host. Please bring your own tableware.
Note: Activities and meals will be held in the Rutladers meeting room.
RV Park rates are scheduled to be $26.00 a day. Everyone should make their own reservations and tell them at that time if you are planning on attending the theater show. 1-866-888-6779
