RALLY AGENDA:

Thursday April 12th 
Arrive in Hutchinson Fairgrounds throughout the day

Book Swap available throughout the State Rally. Bring a book, or grab one that looks interesting

7pm Welcome from Kansas Prairie Winnies Members
PRESENTATION: Marcie Penner (Title Pending)

Friday April 13th

Hospitality room open daily until 10pm for visiting or informal games

8:00 am Breakfast sponsored by SkyMed

8:30 am Skymed presentation

9:30 am Maintenance of the RV Electrical System - AC, Batteries, Converters, Inverters

10:30 am - ? Vendor booths open

1:00pm Pampered Chef presentation

Free time to Tour Hutchinson, Kansas.  Sites include

5pm Menonite MCC Auction starts ( www.kansas.mccsale.org )

Onan is planning on having a tech available at the rally on Friday only, but they would like to know what work is needed, so that they can have the parts with them and allow enough time.  Anyone who would like to have work done on your Onan generator, please contact Richard Martin  @ hawleyparts@hotmail.com  or they can call Wichita directly to schedule repairs.  They need to talk to Bryce in service, and tell him it is for the rally.  Richard will need the complete model number of the generator when he notifies Onan.  They are only going to be there during the day 

 

Saturday April 14th
MCC Auction continues throughout the day / Tour Hutchinson

Free time to tour Hutchinson Kansas & surrounding areas or visit in the hospitality room

6:00 pm Supper (Provided by the Prairie Winnies) WIT Presentation given by Andy & Jeannie Bienvenu

 

Sunday April 15th
8:00 am Bring finger foods for finger-food buffet with
Church Service to follow.
